To ensure that your order is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please kindly make sure your shipping address is fully entered and correct. There will be no amendment to your address once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information. We do not provide refund for any return parcels due to failed attempted delivery or expired collection period.
We do not charge taxes on your order, but you may be required to pay additional duties or taxes if requested by your local customs.
EU Standard shipping : 5-14 business days
Standard shipping to the United Kingdom: 5-15 business days
Standard shipping to the United States and Canada: 5-15 business days
Standard shipping to Australia, New Zealand and other countries: 5-15 business days
Please take note that for all international shipping, you will see the status: Shipping Label Created, Awaiting Item. This shows that we have dispatched the order to the shipping company. The tracking status will be updated again when the parcel reaches the destination country.
All orders will be dispatched from our overseas manufacturing warehouse within 3 business days. In current peak periods please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.
